Are you interested in helping us to read submissions, curate issues, and provide feedback to writers? Our staff applications are open from 12/1 to 1/1 at 11:59 PM EST.
All positions are on a volunteer-basis. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and we may reach out to you for more information or a brief interview. If you are accepted, you will stay on the team until the end of our Issue 6 reading period (3/1), after which you can decide whether to continue. All decisions will be sent out by 1/15. Positions:
Editor: Editors will curate written work for each issue and provide feedback on submissions. They will also have the opportunity to write blog posts, assist in outreach, and start their own initiatives. Editors should have experience with creative writing and be passionate about literature. The time commitment for this position is flexible.

Executive Editor (1): The executive editor will be responsible for assigning submissions, reading over feedback, and making editorial decisions and recommendations. The executive editor should be able to maintain consistent communication with other editors and the editor in chief. This position requires about 5 hours of work weekly.

Art Director (1): The art director will curate art for each issue. They will also have the opportunity to write blog posts, assist in outreach, and start their own initiatives. This position requires about 4 hours of work weekly.
